Ken Zagzebski named SVP of AES and President and CEO of AES Indiana

The AES Corporation (NYSE: AES) has named Ken Zagzebski SVP of AES, President and CEO of AES Indiana and Chairman of the AES Indiana Board. Ahmed Pasha, who recently served as acting President and CEO will continue as the US Utilities CFO.

Zagzebski’s extensive utility experience will provide a seamless transition for the utility and continued focus on delivering affordable, reliable and sustainable solutions to customers.

A resident of Central Indiana, Zagzebski joined AES in 2007. He has served in a variety of leadership roles, including as President of Indianapolis Power & Light (now AES Indiana) and Dayton Power and Light (now AES Ohio). Prior to this post, he served as Chief Operating Officer for AES’ US Renewables business.
