AES Indiana to host community office hours to offer support to customers in real time

AES Indiana, a subsidiary of AES (NYSE: AES), is hosting community office hours this month to meet customers where they are and offer in-person assistance to any customer who needs support with their AES Indiana bills.

Customers will be able to work directly with AES Indiana Customer Care team representatives at each outreach event helping each customer with their unique needs. A bilingual agent will be available to customers at each event.

The AES Indiana team will be equipped to look at a customer’s account, set them up on a payment plan on the spot, or go through other financial assistance options available to them. Community Outreach Events: The community office hours will be hosted at the Julia M. Carson Transit Center (210 E Washington St., Indianapolis).

  • Saturday, April 12, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM
  • Wednesday, April 16, 5:00 PM-7:00 PM


No registration is required. Any AES Indiana customer is encouraged to attend and speak with one of our representatives.
