Kelly Young is the Public Relations Director and Spokesperson for AES Indiana. Joining the company in June 2021, Kelly brings three decades of developing and implementing communication strategies for nonprofit organizations, corporations and, now, utilities. Before joining AES Indiana, she worked at three of the largest public relations firms in Indianapolis before starting her own agency, Baise Communications.

She’s a proud mom of her high school baseball player and aviation-studying Purdue Boilermaker. She’s an avid outdoor enthusiast and “Swims to the Moon” (which really means she trains for and participates in a 3-mile open water swim in Michigan in the summer). Kelly is a graduate of Ball State University and lives with her husband in New Palestine, IN.
