Meet Candyce Offett, Program Manager of Residential Energy Efficiency Programs. As the Program Manager of Residential Energy Efficiency Programs for AES Indiana, Candyce oversees initiatives designed to help customers reduce their energy consumption by developing and implementing strategies that promote energy-efficient practices and technologies and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure AES Indiana programs offered meet their goals. Candayce has been with AES Indiana for one year.

- Candyce loves being at the forefront of innovation and is dedicated to helping AES Indiana elevate its energy solutions through residential and commercial programs offered to our customers.
- She’s a native to downtown Indianapolis and a fan of all things Indy.
- Growing up she wanted to be a general manager of a sports team.
- Her first job was at Marsh Grocery Store's bakery, where she learned how to bake cookies, decorate cakes, and make garlic bread.
- Something most people don’t know about Candyce is that she rappelled down a 23-story building to raise funds for United Way of Central Indiana's Basic Needs work.
- Being a Peloton enthusiast, Candyce recently read the autobiography of Tunde Oyeneyin, a remarkable and inspiring Peloton instructor. Tunde’s journey was so moving, Candyce said it brought tears to her eyes at times.
- She recently binged Gilmore Girls, All American and The Ultimatum on Netflix.
